ATAB - All Tories Are Bastards

Not all bastards are Tories, but all Tories are seemingly bastards. This went from a ‘joke’ idea in my notebook into a fully fledged ‘for sale’ print within a couple of weeks, thanks to a positive response on my Social Media pages. Based on the always controversial ACAB acronym, but given a distinctly British, political twist. Being a long time fan of punk and hardcore music and it’s gritty visual aesthetic, the ATAB ‘campaign’ lets me self indulgently lean into a style of artwork that I like, but don’t always get to express via client work. Coming from a very staunch ‘Anyone but Conservatives’ upbringing, it is also quite close to my heart, and very real in terms of my political outlook. Thankfully, the artwork has found it’s very own favourable niche, allowing me to be able to produce prints, shirts, badges and stickers for a very receptive audience.
